Arrived to a what,outside the property,was a building site!Dangerous in many areas. Should have been informed beforehand!Dreadful way to treat people. Host spoke no English. "Jean Paul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass er es mit Freude macht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man nur brauchen könnte. Auch Dinge wie Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel, Kochutensilien... Eine tolle Ausstand für kleine Kinder (unsere waren 2 und 5) Es war nicht ganz klar in der Anzeige, dass das 4. Schlafzimmer gleichzeitig das Wohnzimmer ist. Aber durch die vielen Betten ließ sich das auch lösen. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Und der Ort ist ebenfalls schön mit...

"We really enjoyed staying at this house and wished we could’ve stayed longer( stayed 8 nights) we were very warmly welcomed the second we stepped through the door . One of our favorite parts was the hiking trails which covered the forest and it was easy to make day trips to Strasbourg,Colmar and even Baden Baden, all the towns had Christmas markets. We hope to return sometime in the future and it is very pleasant to stay during the christmas holidays."

"Quirky, but very well equipped, property with lots of amenities for young (and old!!) children. Swimming pool a real success. Accommodating hosts. Only real downside was its proximity to the motorway. Given the heat, with windows open, noise throughout the night was very disturbing. With windows shut, aircon units in upstairs bedrooms were extremely noisy. Sleeping was a challenge."
