The room itself was dated and pretty small. I'd say this is a case of you get what you pay for. It was very affordable and great if you're looking to connect with other travelers, but I think I would personally spring for a place a bit more modern with more amenities next time. "

"This property is not actually in Franz Joseph but FJ is close by. It's lovely but a little sterile for my taste, very well cared for and nicely furnished. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the outside grounds. There's seating and lawns all around the property. "
