Mother-in-law Cottage nestled in a garden behind the main house.

"Eve was responsive and helpful to our questions and requests. We enjoyed meeting her. The apartment is SMALL, as described. The bed is comfortable. You can cook or microwave food. You can not see the address from the street. There is a large fence, behind which is the house and then the cottage behind that. The area is fairly near to many interesting areas of Eugene. There is a good bakery and a laundromat nearby."

The communication with the owner was A+ and we’d highly recommend this property for your stay in the Eugene area. About 2 miles from the heart of the U of O campus. "

"Convenient and cozy with all the perfect touches of a home away from home. The owner put so much thoughtfulness into the presentation, cleanliness, and security of this property. There were plenty of kitchen and cleaning supplies, extra bedding, and towels for my family. Owner was clear about the instructions for our stay. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We were so pleased with our stay here last year, so I booked it again. We stay in Palm Springs for 3 weeks in late October & then head home for the holidays.
