"My best friend from high school and I stayed the weekend and it was great! The owner popped in on Saturday and we had a wonderful chat She was very welcoming to me, my friend and my dog. Check in and check out were both easy-peasy. Lakefront location was excellent and accommodations were cozy, homey and super inviting. Would definitely rent again! "

"Love, love, love the location. Communication was wonderful and we felt if we needed anything else they would be here in a moments notice. We enjoyed the kitchen area and having a full size stove and refrigerator was great. The hot tub felt amazing after a long day of work. We didn’t have any issues other than we felt it could’ve paid a little more attention to detail. There was trash behind the pull-out sofa and several cob webs in the corners and on the lower shelves. "We did a girls weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The home was as advertised and very spacious. Loved the location which was close to downtown, but secluded enough to feel quaint and cozy. Outdoor area, deck and hot tub were great. Office staff were very attentive and helpful. "

"My husband, fur baby, and I needed a little getaway close to home (Northern Kentucky) and this was the perfect place. House was in walking distance to everything! House was clean and yard was perfect for the dog. Only negative was almost everything was closed for the season. We didn’t let that stop us from amazing hikes at Brown County park in the snow! We will definitely be back in the warmer weather. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is peaceful and quiet. I only have the rental a 4 because a lot of windows were unlocked & it’s unclear if the door code is changed between rentals. Kitchen was well stocked & beds were comfy. (One soft one firm) If the code isn’t reused, I would come back. Great location for brown co. "

"The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying. We got in Friday, got situated and went to dinner.
