"Our family group was small this year, so we decided to get away to mountains and snow for Christmas. This place was a perfect cottage for us to enjoy the holiday. The well-stocked kitchen was great for cooking our holiday meals, and the gas fireplace really warmed the place up. The roads and driveways are well plowed, and it is a dog-friendly house and neighborhood. Easy to walk around and enjoy the views!We had a great stay, but here are a few detailed notes:- the door automatically locks and requires a 10-digit code for re-entry, so make sure everyone has the code- the bedrooms are fairly spartan (one had no closet), and the beds are quite firm- coffee is Keurig only, so bring alternate coffee methods if you are big coffee drinkers or don't like Keurig"

"The house, which was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, was situated within the complex as to provide a lot of privacy and quiet. It was also a convenient distance from the White Mountain National Forest. Were I to visit the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here. The only glitch was the code for the keyless entry did not work, and it took about an hour for the site manager to respond back with the code for the lock box. The remote for the gas fireplace did not work properly and was difficult to use. "
