While most hotel employees do not speak English, which is common for hotels in Brazil, they still make an effort to assist foreign guests and ensure a pleasant stay. "I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."
