"Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "

"We were met at the ground floor apartment by Gigliola who is very warm and welcoming. There is lots of information on where to visit. A beautiful welcome pack had been prepared with enough food for a breakfast and dinner. Gigliola even passed us some home grown vegetables in the week. The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped, with everything you might need. There are basic supplies there, so you don't need to rush to the supermarket on day one. "This is a property with a beautiful view of Lake Como. It was nice to meet Paulo and his father. Paulo was very friendly and helpful. The house was well kept and ideal for us and our daughter. It was very hot when we were there but the cooling unit in the bedroom helped. Gravedona was ideal for lakeside walks,the ferry, swimming and water sports. We are all a bit fitter having chosen to walk up and down the hill from the lake to the house!"

"The views are truly incredible, and it’s nice that this is not in fact in Varenna, but a steep drive up in the village of Perledo. A car is needed. There are no good restaurants close by, and there is a basic grocery store walking distance. Not that difficult to manage to be honest. The wifi is like third world - basically unusable. The facilities are fairly basic. I’d give the place 5 stars if if it cost half the price. But at this price, it is a very expensive for what you get."

"Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist schon super. Die Zimmer waren gepflegt, sauber und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sehr weich, Federkern und für 2 Personen mit einer großen Matratze sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn sich eine Person dreht. Die Spiralen haben sehr laut gequetscht, das sollte man wissen. Ein paar mehr Regalböden als Ablage Fläche und auch Handtuch Halter im Bad wären schon hilfreich gewesen. Die Dusche war sehr klein aber funktionierte einwandfrei. An den...
