"My daughter got married in the Presbyterian Church on Franklin Street. The location could not have been more perfect. The house easily accomodated the 6 of us and was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The landlord was very responsive to requests for extra towels and early/late check in and check out. The front porch was a great get away for the Father of the Bride! Loved being able to walk to Rosemary and Franklin Street. I would definitely stay in the house again."

"This bungalow was a great find! It’s very well layed out and the property overall was so nice. The location was perfect and close to downtown Durham to walk around and get to know the area. "A primary reason we chose this house is the proximity to downtown. We were able to walk to the Durham Performing Arts Center for a show we were attending, and there were restaurants and bars to choose from along the way.The listing advertises that this house sleeps 11, but we wouldn't recommend with such a large group. There were seven of us, and the sleeping arrangements were tight. If I had the power to make changes, I would cover the glass of the glass door bedroom with faux etched glass...
