"It was amazingly quiet & just right for our baecation getaway. The place had everything it needed & it was the perfect size for us. Me and my honey we work 2 jobs and to get away and just be able to sleep in without having to worry about the noise or work was a blessing. We plan on coming back next winter as well! "We arrived onsite to have the front door lock be broken, there was mold on the bannisters, there was water stains in several rooms, and bug beds in the new matresses. We brought all of this up to the property manager and he made excuses for everything, did not offer to clean or fix any of the problems and we have not been able to get in contact with him any more. "We had a wonderful time at mt aurora lodge. Kate and Jeff are hospitable and knowledgeable about aurora timing and woke us up immediately when the aurora showed up during the night. Seeing the northern light is breathtaking experience! Although the level is 2, we can clearly see the northern light due to clear and dark sky. Breakfast has Muffin, toast, egg, beacon, juice, milk. They also provide cereal, hot/cold water, hot chocolate, microwave, fridge in the lobby. WiFi in the lobby is good. $10...
