"I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Fairbanks, Alaska, and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, with a separate sitting area that was perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, allowing easy walks to the river and nearby shops. "Nice clean room & bathroom Spacious with closet & hangars; drawers Couch sitting area Good lighting for reading etc Good heat & ventilation Hot water for shower couldve been a little warmer And the floor lampworked but base was tilted Great bed & pillows Great housekeeping crew Wonderful pool towels- thicker than most Loved the bar & bartenders Victoria& Amy Good breakfast selection however coffee Way too Weak! "It was a pretty nice and quiet property during our stay in Fairbanks. I just wish the bed had been a king instead of a queen. I didn’t see a king while booking. Staff was nice. There is no breakfast on the property but they don have a 24hr snack shop. Free laundry room next to the gym. I would recommend "

"The hotel was clean attractive and well-appointed. Asst. Mgr. Marlon accommodated our request for early check-in, even hand delivering the room keys to us when they were ready. There were several nice touches throughout the hotel, such as fresh hand wipes dispenser. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. I would stay here again."
