"My husband and I stayed here for a few days during October. This was our first visit to Arkansas. Magnolia Cottage was a perfect place to stay for 2 people. The cottage has pretty much everything we needed. The kitchen is equipped with what is needed to prepare basic meals and we used the charcoal grill outside the cottage. "This house is beautiful. Its my second year staying here and I hope to keep going every year I can! The views of the lake and wildlife almost make you want to just stay at home the whole time! Its very close to all the activities you would want to do in hot springs as well. The owners are very quick to respond of you have any qieations. Would recommend this place to anyone! "

"Such a beautiful home perfect for our small family. The property owner communicated great in every aspect. The home was so clean and tidy, had everything we needed to cook. It was in a very safe secluded gated community that had a beautiful drive down to the home. Perfect distance to Hot Springs and Malvern for our trip. We will definitely come again! "

"We could not fault this cabin. It was roomy, but yet cosy, and had a great porch and seating area outside under the trees. It's all very scenic with the meadows, a nearby pond and small wood, and the property is nice landscaped. A great find, and I hope we can return one day."

"The place was so nice. Decorated so nicely with really with up to date appliances and furniture. Dont let outside entrance fool you. We loved the coffee bar and drinking coffee on the patio with wife. Covered patio was so peaceful with outdoor fireplace. Our mornings were spent there. Cottage is very very nice. Short drive to downtown Hot Springs. Overall great trip!"
