"We loved our 2 night stay at The Waters Hotel. It is in a lovely historic building with many modern upgrades in the rooms. The room was big and very comfortable! My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and splurged a little to stay here. We enjoyed being near to so many good restaurants and within walking distance was a bonus. The free parking garage is about a block or 2 away but you can pay for valet service at the hotel if you want that service. We ate at The Rooftop grill one night and it was very good. We didn't try the other restaurant on the main floor. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly here and I hope to be back next year. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were quick and smooth going up or down. Location was great for walking to many shops, restaurants, and experiencing some of the history of Hot Springs. This was our second stay at this hotel and plan on coming back for a longer stay. "

"Property is really at very good location, 1mil away from walamart and Sam’s club gas station, 12kin away from bathhouse. Staff was very humble and polite. Check in was smooth. Room is very clean and spacious. Hallway was also clean otherwise generally I encounter noise or smell but here the property is very quite and clean. Really worth it."

"The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The complimentary breakfast provided each morning was substantial and tasty. The hotel was within walking distance of the casino/horse track. Plenty of free parking. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are small, but it is a Microtel, so to be expected. I will definitely stay here again."
