"The person checking us in was AMAZING! I believe her name was Jackie, but I was exhausted when we arrived after delayed and missed flight connections. I mentioned in passing we had no clean clothes, and she immediately let us know about the free laundry facility and provided a detergent package and laundry sheet. She also sent up a robe and slippers. Truly excellent service. All with an infectious smile to boot! "

"This trip was our proposal weekend. I was, of course, incredibly nervous about timing everything so that I could propose before we got into our room, especially since I was planning to do it off-site and I knew once we were checked in we would spend the day enjoying the Gaylord's amenities. Fortunately for us, the front desk team were incredible co-conspirators. They helped me coordinate the day, gave us a complimentary upgrade, and sent us a free bottle of champagne and desserts. After I proposed, the team went even further above and beyond my expectations by sending up a card all of them had signed for us. That little gesture means so much to me and my fiancee. We will definitely be back."

"The folks that checked us in were very nice, as were the housekeeping and breakfast staff. The room was nice and super clean. The toilet ran unless you messed with it, which made me feel a bit more attention could be paid to maintenance, but it was a fantastic value and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was fine for accessing the event we went to in downtown ft worth. We did not encounter any traffic which was very nice, and I attributed that to the location. "
