"If you are looking for a rustic, off grid, romantic mountain getaway- this is the rental for you. There is no Wi-Fi, and we did not have cell phone service- so do your research about the area before you arrive. The hosts did have a guest book with a plethora of information about the area and attractions. The drive to the cabin is not for the feint of heart, but it was secluded and private with stunning views. Just a short drive to town for groceries and about 30 minutes to Shenandoah National...

"Our stay was very enjoyable, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. The cabin itself is in a gorgeous location, when they say secluded they meant it! WiFi and internet service were very reliable, there were a couple great places to eat in the tiny town nearby (check out The Italian Job, you won’t regret it!) and Walmart was about 20 minutes away for the essentials. "Beautiful overlook, very spacious, comfort beds."

"Check in was super easy ... and Oh SO CLOSE to Bryce. It was 2 families with 3 kids ... the set up was perfect. Home is super clean .. had everything we needed .. I would highly recommend and would stay here again for along weekend stay..!!"

"Traditional mountain cabin with great views and working wood stove for ambiance and heat. Clean and nice kitchen cooking supplies. Comfy beds. Few minutes to mountain and lake laura. Cons if you twisted my arm, not a ton of space inside for ski equipment, tight parking space/s. "

"All in all we had a great stay! Property was generally as pictured and described. Very comfortable beds, kid and pet friendly. We drove in through a snow storm but made it safe with an AWD vehicle and assistance from a plow truck that happened to be in the neighborhood. House is at bottom of a pretty steep incline and is on stilts on the side of the mountain. More pictures would be helpful to renters."

"We stumbled upon this property after searching for somewhere fun to go for a couple of days during our kids spring break. This property didn’t disappoint! The game room and hot tub were a huge hit. Also, we ventured into WV for a day trip and then came back for a yummy dinner and the kids played pool at the Burn Barrel. The fact that all linens were included, plus we were able to bring our dogs were a major plus!!"

"We (family of 6 with 4 kids 8-16) really enjoyed this cabin. It had all the amenities wanted and plenty of space to stretch out. We were a stone’s throw from the resort and had great snow for skiing. We would definitely come back and stay here next time! "

"Excellent place to hang out for a family/couple retreat. We used it as a base to explore the NOVA area. It’s a little far for the Dulles/Tyson area, but western areas were fine. Beds were very comfortable. No cell coverage, but non issue with WiFi. Movie projector and sauna were nice touches! Would stay again. "
