"Great for an economical family trip with young kids - the pool with waterslide and continental breakfast were a huge hit! All the staff were super friendly. The only reason for a poor rating was the confusion about which hotel we booked! We booked at what we were led to believe was the Super 8, and learned after passing by the location a few times that it has changed to the Ramada! "

We have stayed here for years passing through Cranbrook, and although there are some signs of aging, every time, except for once, the rooms have been clean, which is always a priority for us. The owner/manager, I'm not sure who he is, is always very respectful, kind and courteous."
