"We lived in Rotonda until 2024 and have friends still living there. And we were able to visit our favorite restaurants, specifically Ken & Barb’s on Placida Road.The weather was perfect every day except the day we arrived. Marina allowed us to check in sn hour earlier because we had been driving all day in rain and arrived before the usual check in time. There are 3 televisions in this condo, a larger group would be comfortable in this 3 bedroom two bathroom unit."

Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. "My wife and I were down for 4 nights. This place had everything we needed. The only thing we could have used was an extra couple pillows and an extra blanket (it got cool at night!). Stephen got back to us quickly and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely come back!"
