Property is clean , smells clean , security staff friendly. Beautiful decoration. The only thing I they need to improve is front desk need to be training at least smile to the guests. Looks like they don’t like their job .

Disappointed that pool and hot tub were under construction, they did try to supply passes to a pool at another hotel...but that turn out to be a dog and pony show.

The construction on the roof literally had people escaping the building at 7am. The bed was horrible. No amenities, iron board ,no iron. Its a place to stay if you want to be right by the boardwalk, thats about it for me, wouldnt return

The property is well maintained and always working to make improvements. The staff goes out of their way to make all guests feel welcome. I have had the opportunity to stay at this resort many times and they never fail to make my stay outstanding. As the Broadwalk continues to be refurbished and new businesses added it will continue make this resort even more of a great destination.
