"The house was neat and quiet,each room had its own unique feeling of peace and relaxation. The country kitchen was awesome, and bar/family room was cozy. Enjoyed ping pong as well. The host was fabulous amazing intriguing and fun. We partied we saw the whole ranch, played with cows horses and dog. Unique location unique host. Must stay VRBO again. "

"We loved staying at our VRBO in Alamosa, Colorado. Beautiful view of Mt. Blanca and other peaks. House amenities included deck with chairs and a grill, living room with futon and kitchen area, large bathroom with full size washer/dryer, separate bedroom with queen bed. Pet friendly (large dog crate provided), as well as a mud room for skis, shoes, jackets, etc. We loved the quiet outside at night. Would book again if we pass through the area."

The ranch house, bunk house and tiny house were extremely clean and comfortable. The Kenneys have been good stewards of their land. Their love for the ranching way of life is evident in every detail. "House had everything you could think of. Kitchen fully stock, every condiment you could think of, pancakes were great, barbeque in back, Wi-Fi, charging cords for all of our different devises. The over supply of towels was really nice. The Rinnai water heater made sure that our group all had hot showers!"

"The home was very clean and comfortable. It has very nice amenities. The view of the mountains & location was what we pay to see! The morning we left it snowed 8-10 inches & there wasn’t any electricity. The housekeeper was quick to get in touch with us to offer assistance. That was much appreciated but we didn’t need it."

"This was our second time staying at the Lil Restin and we absolutely love it. The cabin has been maintained well and it is very clean. The host kept in contact and made check in easy. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching all the hummingbirds. It’s a great getaway to enjoy peace and quiet. We will be back! "
