"I loved being right outside Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve. It was the most convenient place for my needs, the breakfast options are as terrific as the staff. Every staff member I came across was friendly and welcoming. It was important to me to have a dog friendly spot, and they are. There's even a lovely cat on the premises, his name is Peppermint, and if you're an animal person, I hope you get to meet him. "

"Extremely nice facility! Plenty of room for a large group. Well stocked with all the supplies needed. It was very icy weather when we arrived in January ( of course - it's Colorado), therefore being located at a high altitude we had a little trouble getting up the road leading to the cabin. But the neighbors were excellent to help us. Really good neighborhood, very friendly and willing to help us in any way. Neighbors even loaned us snow sleighs to use. Owners were very nice, and good to work with us in every way. Thanks so much, Katrina, for a beautiful place to spend our family Christmas!! Lots of great memories made, with absolutely Gorgeous scenery. Would love to come back and stay again some time. I highly recommend this place, if you have a large group!!"

"The house was neat and quiet,each room had its own unique feeling of peace and relaxation. The country kitchen was awesome, and bar/family room was cozy. Enjoyed ping pong as well. The host was fabulous amazing intriguing and fun. We partied we saw the whole ranch, played with cows horses and dog. Unique location unique host. Must stay VRBO again. "
