"Rooms are well furnished but slightly tired as are the corridors. Hotel seems to focus on hosting large events which can mean the common areas are very busy and it is difficult to get attention from staff. Similarly, the pool area was not for relaxing and was being used to host an evening party. The hotel allowed me to move rooms away from one overlooking the pool to avoid the noise of the party."

Vehicle was clean and comfortable and the drive into the city uneventful. Upon arrival at the hotel we were made to feel more than welcome, checking was quick and we were shown to our room. "Súper location close to Colombo Fort train Station. I arrive at 1 am and the staff was waiting for me. The building seemed to be new and the entrance and inside decor is so nice that I was not sure if I was in the right pleca. The room has 4 bed, very comfortable mattress and cool A.C. So far I am very impressed. I don’t know the name of the man in charge of the night shift, but he was very attentive and gave a tour of the place and answer all my questions about the location. 7 stars 👌👌👏👏😊"

"The hostel is in a great location, close to the train station and lots of great places to eat nearby. But that's the only strong point. Everything else is average at best. The place needs renovation, WiFi doesn't work, cleaning in the shared bathrooms could be improved. But the location is great. So if you are looking for 1 night near the station - this would do."
