"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "

Staff was lovely and very helpful, especially Giacomo (the hotel owner?) who was very welcoming and provided great dining recommendations. Room was brand new and in great condition, including a nice kitchen and spacious bedroom. Hotel's rooftop terrace with hot tub was very enjoyable at the end of the day 🙂"

Breakfast had good variety of meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants and pastries. One night we ordered an Aperol-Spritz drink. It was good, but it cost 10 euro. In good restaurants they cost an average of 6 euros. I didn't like that The hotel staff was very friendly. Fabio was helpful with directions and suggestions about the city. Pretty hotel in a nice neighborhood near the wall. Access to the "old city" was convenient. "
