"Good: Really clean. The blind, when it worked, was almost back out. Couldn't ask for a better location - some reviews say it's dodgy but I felt it was cultural of people of different nationalities to be in the street. "The Staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel had parking access inside the gate to the town. It was very clean and there was a simple breakfast in the morning with healthy options. The only problem we had was that the bed was extremely hard. So hard the we both tossed all night and woke with terrible back and shoulder pains. The bathroom was clean but the shower was so small you could not turn around in it. "The hotel location is great for going around in town. It is within about 15 minutes from all attractions and the train station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Our room was facing the river and it offered a great view in the morning and evening. "Excellent place to stay for Carnival. Would recommend trying to get an ocean view room for best place to watch the parade, though being down in the mix is ideal- the viewing from the hotel was a good option given it rained in the beginning. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Great place!!"

"Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"

Central hotel with free breakfast

"This hotel is very close to the train station and very central to the walls. The staff were particularly lovely. The hotel could do with some updating. The breakfast was varied but the doughnuts were a bit stale. I particularly enjoyed sweets at breakfast. The shower was small and we kept knocking it off, also the shower needed updating. Room was a large size and bed massive an clean."

What a gem!

"Hotel is a short walk from the train station & within the wall. Staff was amazing! So personable & helpful! Bathrobe & slippers were a plus. Room was incredibly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. So reasonably priced. Only stayed for one night. Wish it was for more! Would absolutely stay here again!"

Perfect Location and Lovely Property.

"A smiling friendly welcome, spotlessly clean large room with a super comfy bed and a spacious bathroom with excellent big shower. What more do you need. Lovely property in the old town only a short walk from the railways station. Ideal for exploring or relaxing. Nice little bar on site to with a good selection of drinks including local artisan beers."

"A fabulous place to stay with a fabulous staff a beautiful view of breakfast second to none. Just an amazing experience. If you’re traveling to Sienna you need to stay here. Don’t even look anywhere else. Just stay here. It’s the nicest place around. The property is gorgeous. The rooms are amazing Fabulous place. Fabulous staff fabulous food fabulous views walking distance to everything thank you to the staff, you folks were incredible!"
