"Not suitable for under 5's as many stairways and open banisters. Well supplied linen but rooms could have been cleaner. The electrical appliances supplied were not always compatible with the sockets. Many light bulbs not working. Many window mosquito nets missing or broken. The pool was lovely and was regularly cleaned. The owner was very easy to contact and always replied very promptly."

"The rooms are in good condition. The personal is very nice and professional. Thr restaurant is only open at weekend, but in this area you've much alternative restaurants."

"Property was beautiful and more than sufficent for a large family. It was clean and has most of what you would need for a relaxing stay. The various locations from the house to the patio to the pool and garden allowed for a new setting every day. It is a wonderful place to rest, relax, and get away from it all."

"El Apartamento está excelentemente ubicado y es muy limpio. El único problema que tuvimos es que nos habían ubicado en el tercer piso y a nuestra edad resulta complicado llegar si no hay elevador. Afortunadamente, Ana (the manager), atentamente nos ofreció otro apartamento en el primer piso que, aunque más pequeño, nos resultaba más accesible. Gracias Ana."

"Sehr schön eingerichtetes, großzügiges Haus mit tollen alten Möbeln. Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Die Landschaft ist ebenfalls sehr schön, vom Pool hat man einen tollen Blick. Salsomaggiore ist ein hübsches Städtchen. Einziges Manko ist der unbefestigte Weg zum Haus, den man aber mit etwas Übung bewältigen kann."

"We had 11 people for a wonderful week stay at La casa di Daniela. There was amble room for everyone, with a wonderful outside area to dine and an addtional area to sit and chat. The grounds were lovely. The pool looked enticing but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we never were unable to take advantage of the pool.We hired a chief, suggested by our host for the first night, who was great. "We are just back from a lovely 2 weeks holiday. The apartment was very comfortable, the gardens and pool were just superb, lots of space. Barbara the host was just so kind and lovely. Easy to get to loads of places and the small village had great pizza places. We highly recommend a stay here."

"Giacomo and Liliana's estate house has an old world charm with modern appliances and furnishings. The exterior area is expansive with fabulous mountain vistas of the surrounding Appenines. Giacomo and Liliana were great hosts: friendly, communicative and very attentive to all of our family. They are super hosts! "Ein wunderschönes Haus und traumhafter Garten, der verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten bietet um sich zu entspannen oder mit den Kindern verstecken zu spielen. Der Pool ist sehr gross und schön um sich zwischendurch abzukühlen. Lorena und Roberto sind wunderbare Gastgeber: sehr diskret und doch versuchen sie einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. "We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Our hostess was delightful and so helpful. The apartment is centrally located to the beautiful Duomo, restaurants, and shopping. The train station is a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself is charming and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The owners operate a restaurant, the Angiol d’Or, right next door! It specializes in seasonal Parma specialties and is not to be missed. We highly recommend this property!"

"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town.
