"We LOVED our stay here! Right from when we checked in, we got a glass of champagne and a snack, followed by a wonderful breakfast hand delivered to our room the next morning. Everything was spotless, and the staff was very welcoming. The only thing that you should be aware of is there is no lift, so if you can’t do stairs, ask for a main floor suite. Highly recommend this place in Coimbra! "

"Coimbra is a very busy city with a lot of traffic that clearly creates ongoing parking challenges and general congestion. The property itself is hard to access but once you’re in, is quite good. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was excellent with a particularly good bathroom. The hotel has many group bookings and insufficient elevators so expect a wait at reception or getting to/ from your room. "This was a terrific place to stay. The apartment was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and washing machine. Check in was at a nearby hotel with a parking garage just across the street. It was not a problem for us but there is no elevator to the apartment. The climb up about 30 stairs was worth the view of the main walking area from the apartment. "
