"Beautiful property, great breakfast. Our stay was spoilt be being asked by the owner to check out two hours earlier than advertised, ie at 10am, so beware if you are checking out on Sunday. We felt we had no choice but to comply - it should not have been like that. In the rush to vacate our rooms we forgot we had to pay cash, rather than the credit card details given on booking. "The owners mother was half an hour late to let us into the property meaning we were standing in 40 degree heat waiting for her, no apology once she arrived! The property was clean and tidy and the rooms were a good size. The rooms had air conditioning but it failed to cool all of the bedroom and it was very noisy meaning that it was impossible to keep on all night. "Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "

"Just the loveliest hotel that is maintained so well. The staff were all so friendly. A beautiful pool. There’s a pay laundry facility right beside it. So many stores and cafes nearby with the most delicious food and coffees. We will be back for sure! "
