"Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tahiti Player Hotel. The staff on reception were always helpful, pleasant and professional. There is a train line in front of the hotel, so you had to take steps and go through a tunnel underneath the train track to get to and from the hotel. Due to heavy rain the first day this was flooded and often full of rubbish and debris. Not pleasant to walk through. I certainly wouldn't walk there on my own at night."

"Stunning location. Our room was great but the walls are very thin and every movement can be heard from the room above and next door. Service in the bar is a little disinterested. Restaurant was just ok, nothing special. The restaurants over the bay were much friendlier and the food better. Cleaning of the room was superb. So, as I said, mixed."

"Overall, I had an enjoyable trip, but the rooms did not match the advertised size and luxury—they were extremely small. The bathrooms were also very confined, making them uncomfortable to use. I would recommend offering all-inclusive options and adding more amenities to enhance the experience. Extremely overpriced parking options and everything was extremely far and limited options to walk over to."
