The layout wasn't clearly explained on the listing, there is a separate annex which might work for some people but not others. There is a roof terrace but no furniture on it which is a shame. "Overall, we loved our stay in Arta. The house is beautiful and comfortable and fit our family of 9 well. The location is great, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. We were able to park in a free public lot near the house. There is a lot of info provided in the welcome email including what to do if the water doesn’t work and trash pick up. "The finca was in spectacular surroundings, with a great pool area. The outdoor barbecue was a big hit , as was the poolside shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very useful as well. We would have appreciated some guidance with regard to the disposal of the household rubbish as the lication of the finca is remote. But overall we all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. "

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."
