"So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

We were first greeted by the owners who are lovely people, who speak very little English by the way, but thats irrelevant really. "Lovely Villa with pool and everything you could need for a great holiday, house was very clean and well looked after, would highly recommend if staying with family or friends."

"We had a very good stay, the house was super clean, well located and the host provided us with fruits and water at our arrival…very nice gesture. The location is perfect with all kind of accommodations close by. The only small negative comment if you are planning on dining outdoor, the bar on the other side of the of the lake is a bit loud and open every night of the week. "

"Lovely big rooms with loads of light. Black out curtains in all bedrooms and comfy beds. Brilliant outdoor spaces, too bacony with breath taking sea views and back patio was very privare. 5 minutes walk to the beach and marina."

"We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

"A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "

"We loved our stay at Vell Marí and would definitely go back again. It’s an easy drive from the airport. We didn’t bother paying extra for dedicated parking and we never had trouble getting parked on the streets outside the hotel. It’s right opposite Lidl which is handy if you don’t want to take toiletries in your suitcase.
