"We would come back to Ischia just to stay here again!!!!! The hotel is wonderful! The gardens and grounds are beautiful. Our room felt like it was tucked away in a garden. Private , huge, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was the largest we had while traveling Italy. Now let’s talk about dining… Oh my gosh! Breakfast is awesome. There are so many delicious choices you might forget to go out and explore. Beautiful baked good, omelette station, Fruit, fresh granolas and big displays of their honey. And there is always a mimosas station. The service is top notch and so attentive. We ordered espresso the first morning and never had to order again it was brought when we sat down each morning. We stopped a couple of times at the small bar. The drinks were so perfect and the snacks from the chef each night were a wonderful surprise. Service was perfect. We actually had friends that stay down the hill on the water at a VERY exclusive and very expensive hotel that we invited for drinks and dinner one night. We had cocktails first and the lovely bar and the. dinner in the restaurant. They commented that our hotel was way better than theirs and the food and service was outstanding. We stayed in one rainy day for Spa and Lunch by the pool. The thermal pools are so lovely. They have several water falls that you can stand under that beats down on your neck for a nice massage. There are bubble chairs where you can relax and soak in the rich minerals. Perfect!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were lovely and helpful. A special mention for Nicole, grandson of the owner, for his kindness and good humour. Breakfast was very good, and the thermal pools were gorgeous. Dining a la carte was a challenge for one of us but only because food containing octopus was not for that palette. Lunch is located separately from the evening dining rooms with a delightful view out to sea and good choices on the menu. The set evening menu tended to be better i.e. less adventurous. Of course this is all a matter of personal taste. Getting round the island is really easy by bus and it is not expensive to do so. The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service to Panza, which is a good walk up hill from the hotel to catch the buses. The shuttle will also pick up from Panza if you are not able or willing to walk back from there. This place is definitely worth a visit. "

"Very Nice pool but the other facilities and rooms are not great. Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. The shower leaked and the coffee and breakfast were not very appetizing."

"It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. I stayed in a room with a balcony and got scared at one point bc I heard someone climbing the balcony and getting in my room, I believe it was one of the owners lol Not sure why he came in thru the balcony instead of walking in thru the front door of the building, maybe the door was closed/locked? lol I liked that u could do laundry on site. I’m tall (6ft) so I had to somewhat duck to not hit my head when I got up from my bed bc the ceilings are kind of curved. Bathroom shower is small and water filled the bottom so I had to hurry bc I was afraid the water was gonna spill over. The closest beach was a 15-17 minute walk, not too shabby. Overall, if you’re on a budget, stay here. "

"The property is uniquely beautiful with pool and sea to swim in, thermal pools, a spa and tennis court as well as cocktail area, restaurant and lunch restaurant. Very relaxing . Excellent staff. Some walking up and down stairs required but a golf cart is available for part of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
