"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. Our rooms and all of the many restaurants, spa experiences, and views were exceptional. Above all, the concierge service was fantastic from advising us before our stay, during our stay, to offering us navigation For our departure. I would highly recommend this property or any in the Arielle family of luxury resorts. We departed with welcome gifts that we will cherish forever. The only downside was having to compare our next hotels to La Bastide de Gordes!"

"Upon researching online, we were delighted to discover that Vanasque was described as a beautiful town. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it exceeded our expectations in terms of charm and beauty. The town provided all the amenities we could ask for – from a quaint boulangerie and a well stocked market to delightful restaurants and charming little shops. The house we stayed in was absolutely stunning, exuding cleanliness and tasteful furnishings. Our check-in and check-out experience with Veronique and Claude was seamless, and their helpful and amiable nature enhanced our overall stay. Needless to say, we are eagerly looking forward to our next visit! "

"We have been all over France for three weeks. We have stayed only one or two nights at each lodging, so we have stayed in many different hotels. This was my favorite place to stay. It is very comfortable (beds and air conditioning) and decorated sooooo lovely. The town of Murs was quiet and so worth visiting. The views are wonderful too. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here. As an American it is also hard to grasp how long these villages have existed. "

"We loved staying in this pretty annexe to Brigitte's home. It had everything we needed, and was the perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside of Provence. This apartment is on the outskirts of the small village of Murs, close to Gordes and Abbeye de Senanque. It is hidden amongst the trees in a very quiet residential area. The kitchen is modern, and looked new. It was fully equipped with everything you might need - plenty of pots and pans and utensils, fridge, small freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There was plenty of hot water, a good shower, and a very comfortable bed. The Lavender fields around Sault are less than an hour's drive away, as is the town of St Remy where Van Gogh painted many of his famous pictures. Brigitte warmly welcomed us into her home, and couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us lots of good advice on places to visit and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the many highlights of staying here was sitting outside in the pretty garden in the warm evenings, listening to the sound of the Cicadas."

"The property was everything we hoped for - beautifully decorated, spacious and well-equipped. The highlight is undoubtedly the terrace - looking out over the Luberon hills, watching them change colour as the sun went down was like a slice of heaven. Isabelle was an excellent host, providing plenty of information beforehand and being very responsive to any requests that we made. Joucas is a pretty little village, while Gordes and Roussillon are only a short drive away. For cycling enthusiasts, the roads and climbs in the immediate area are excellent and Mt Ventoux and the fabulous Gorge de la Nesque are also within range. Highly recommended!"
