"I booked 2 rooms , 1 of them for my 17 yr old granddaughter, i did ask if we could have rooms close , but 1 was on the top one was on the ground floor , when we walked into my granddaughters it smelt wonderful and was nice and clean , but when we went up to ours it smelt of stale cigarettes, was awful i opened both windows , the shower made such a awful noisy, the quilts were made for summer so we all were so very cold , i was very disappointed, was ok for the one night , if we were staying...

"Got here a little late, hotels.com didn't offer instructions on how to check in, but the owner/manager? Came right away and helped me to my room. Very nice guy, explained how everything worked. The room was very cute, cozy and clean. Comfortable bed, great shower, and I was even given some cookies from the café they're partnered with. People complaining about the noise must be super sensitive to sounds because it's no louder than normal street noise. The café staff at Hattie Bells was also...

"The room was great, perfect for what I needed, really comfortable bed. The toiletries smelt amazing (I will probably hunt them down to purchase). Location for Winchester is also ideal. The only downside was breakfast I'm sure it would have been delicious but as I was needing to get to the office for 9am I was tight for time even if breakfast had been available at the advertised time of 8am but as there was a note on the stairs in the morning to say it was delayed (these things happen) I missed...
