"The apartment is charming, atop the watchtower in a restored mill, & the main living-room/kitchen is lovely, with sloping ceilings, dormer windows & huge fridge & plenty of seating. The apartment was convenient for catching buses for days out. The welcome tray was appreciated and the apartment had all the facilities we needed for our stay. We would stay again."

"This property has been obviously set up for rentals w/o anybody trying to live there. For example, the light in the bathroom is super bright and motion activated -- imagine going there at night... and the sensor doesn't "see" the shower, so the light goes off just as you've shampooed your head. The kitchen isn't equipped for cooking (no functional knives, only one pan and a huge one at that, some drawers cannot open because they run into handles of others, no dish soap provided and exactly one...

"Great spot and really well appointed property. Just next to craster arms and saltwater cafe so handy for eating and drinking. The property was slightly let down by the lack of things like hand soap, washing up liquid , cloths etc but that is being picky. We did have to reset the boiler as other guests have also had to do. Worked fine after that. Over all a lovely spot to stay in."

"The property itself was incredibly quiet and on one side of a cobbled stable area. Every morning and evening, the owner's three elderly horses were led to and from the nearby field and we could often see the horse looking over his stable door from our bedroom window - the pony and Shetland pony weren't tall enough to look over!
