"The good: Villa was very clean up on arrival. The beds are comfortable. The mini-split heat/AC worked well, although we didn't need it much. The villas all sit on top of a hill, with spectacular views. The food at the restaurant on the property is some of the best in the area, and you will struggle to beat the price. "Wir haben die Wohnungen 2 & 3 zusammen gemietet & genutzt, so war es wunderbar. Auf einen Pool haben wir bewusst verzichtet; der Sitzplatz bietet genügend Platz für 7 Personen. Die Wohnung 3 ist im Sommer sehr warm (ohne Klimaanlage), dafür sind die Betten sehr bequem! Die Gegend ist einfach toll und es gibt viel zu erkunden von Cecina bis Volterra und Bibbona bis Livorno!"
