"We loved the location and the view from our balcony. The bed was comfy and the room very decorated very well. The one and only complaint that we have is that we never had any hot water. Hot water is a much needed thing, especially when you're out exploring all day. Talked to the property manager and she told me to wait a few minutes so it could charge. Our thoughts that they don't have a big enough water heater. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!"

"The room was fine, it’s a 1st floor on a busy street so a bit noisy. The staff were shouting for about an hour while cleaning at 10am which was not helpful when I really needed a rest. The shower was small and a bit janky, the pillows were hard, but the mattress was nice; I could have used an extra blanket.
