Not an issue, but my teen was hoping to watch some tv in the evening away from the adults. Could have used a later check-out time than 10 AM. Preference would be 11 with an option for "late-check out" by arrangement. Over-all - great house, great host, great location."

This was in a great location, where I felt safe walking my dogs around the midtown neighborhood. "My son and I ran the Rio del Lago 100 miler. My wife, sister, and brother in law were here as crew. The house was very clean, well stocked, and very convenient for all the aid stations along the course. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot.
