"This is a very nice house that is extremely well placed for the Cathedral Close. It is on a busy road but generally one doesn't notice the traffic once inside the house."

"The house is situated on three different levels. There is a beautiful open kitchen with dining room and lounge downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from serving a bowl of cereal. tohaving a cocktail. "

"This is a very nice clean and light house. Jim and Laura were extremely helpful hosts. It was also an added bonus that there is free parking at the back of the house."

"4 of us stayed at Granby Cottage over the weekend. The location and setting was beautiful, the cottage was inviting, warm and cosy. If we required help the Host would have been easily available, however everything was in place.. We thoroughly recommend staying there."

"Set in isolated rural village with lovely views and walks. Our vist was marred by horrendous wet weather,but we made the best of it. Mark and Madeline were lovely people who made us welcome and dealt with any issues and gave advice about the area."

"We stayed in this lovely barn to have a very belated Christmas with friends who live nearby. The barn is very comfortable, warm and cozy.However the kitchen does not do the rest of the property justice. It is dated with a worn cooker and a tiny built-in fridge that is in poor condition. One tea bag and no sugar, not promised but after a long drive it was lucky we had our own. Biscuits and croissants were left though and were lovely.The grounds are run down and we saw no play equipment - however...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Florence Cottage is very well equipped and has clearly had a lot of money spent on it. The kitchen is beautiful, bathroom very modern and all the furniture is of good quality (very comfortable beds and sofa etc.). Andy sent us a detailed email prior to check-in with all the relevant instructions... "We booked the property to celebrate my Mother in law's 80th birthday and it couldnt have been any better. The sizeable property had everything we needed along with plenty of space for our party of 21 to spread out. The hot tub was a real hit with everyone and the games room fired up the competitve spirit in some.
