"The accommodation was average i'd say... kitchen utensils where limited and no dishwasher... there where a few ants about but nothing major... there where 2 ac units one was super cool and the other not so, however a fan was provided.. towels where an issue as it was a beach holiday and we didnt take beach towels. "The location is pretty isolated, so you absolutely need a car. The private access to the beach is wonderful. Housing is a bit small but it’s okay for 2 persons. I recommend booking this place "

"Lovely property, the outside area and pool are fabulous. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Cinzia was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us book a really good boat trip. Couple of good local pizzerias within 15-20 minutes walk, as well as a bar and an excellent bakery. We had a great week! "

"Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

"Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving. "Pleasant stay, nice people. Good communication with any help needed. Thanks for the bottle of wine and cakes, which was a nice gesture. Comfortable stay in the chalet, nice pool. Quite and relaxing place. 20 minute walk to town centre. Bit of a hike up hill coming back though. Nice town, friendly people. Plenty of restaurants and bars."
