Our room was taken by someone else when we arrived, we were told it was someone’s mistake at midnight, so we were sent to another hotel which had no promised parking lot available, also there wasn’t any water cup in the room, ridiculous and we need to get our money refunded."

"When we first arrived, the hotel seemed basic and a bit dated, but it really grew on us. First of all, the staff were great.
