"Wonderful place and very helpful staff"

"I was in town visiting family and needed a comfortable place to stay—and this sweet cottage on the horse farm was absolutely perfect. It was just a 20-minute drive to Covington, making it super convenient, yet peaceful and private. The cottage was spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. The bed and bedding were so cozy, I slept like a dream.Jamie, Angie, and Nick were warm and kind hosts. I even brought my young niece to visit the horses and donkeys, which was such a treat. I loved sipping my morning coffee while listening to the roosters and watching the horses roam. In the evenings, winding down with tea under the twinkle of patio lights was the perfect end to the day.Although I wasn’t around much during the day, I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy escape. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!"

"Staff were uniformly kind and attentive, both to myself and to my son who was traveling with me. They consistently went the extra mile to engage with guests and facilitate any needs we might have. Shane the maintenance tech went so far as to loan me a cordless drill/driver to upgrade my walking stick, and Peter at the front desk was extremely helpful and cordial. A woman in the bar/restaurant (did not catch her name) spoke with me for some time about certain special requirements our sons share, which was useful for us both. The facility is exquisitely clean and well kept, and the (very dang good!) lobby coffee is kept fresh 24/7. I hit the fitness center all three days, and enjoyed that as well. My only pings are that I'd love to see more dumbbells in the fitness center, and the pool was closed during our stay. All in all, an excellent stay at a perfectly managed hotel."
