"We greatly appreciated Miss Alicia (really sweet lady) and the property. My husband, my son and myself with our dogs really enjoyed this cozy and well-equipped condo. We brought our bikes so we could easily get to Central if we wanted. Literally 20 yds from the beach and right @ public access 7. Fenced yard, great rate and awesome location was why we chose this over others. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much."

"As a Charleston local, Folly beach is one of our favorite spots. The Itty Shack was not only adorable, but well stocked and clean. We were able to conveniently walk to restaurants and the beach. The off street parking was also a huge bonus. Katt was very responsive and helpful, which added to a great staycation! We’ll definitely be back! "

"Nice, clean place to stay. Plenty of amenities. Fun Grocery store, bars, shops, restaurants all within blocks. The beach is 3 blocks away. Fun area !! The only issue is there were kids upstairs running and it was annoying at 6:30 am. But that can happen anywhere with an upstairs. "
