"The staff was amazing, very hospitable. Niko and Jay were above and beyond. The elevators were down and made things more difficult but we were only on 4th floor so it wasn’t terrible. I did however leave some clothing items behind and it was very difficult to get ahold of someone and they never found them or even got back with me. I don’t feel like it was handled with care or real concern. My stuff had to be there. It was less than 24 hours when I initially called. "

Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. "
