"I can’t say enough about the staff at Arca. Olive and Bibian at the front desk were top notch. The entire staff was so friendly and took very good care of us. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was all very tasty and overall very affordable in my opinion for a boutique resort on a tropical island. It is right on the beach. Can’t beat the location on west bay. Also if for any reason you need it, the world’s greatest urgent care is at the end of the block. Holy cow Dr Jordi is the man. 10/10 recommend Arca"

"The property was beautiful, exactly as advertised. The owners along with the staff were very attentive and so friendly. It was so convenient to walk to the end of the dock and get in the water to snorkel. You could also take the paddle board or kayak out and enjoy the reef. I would recommend anyone looking for a quiet piece of paradise to stay at Puerta Azul."

"Wonderful stay at Infinity Bay! World class rooms, beach, and pools. Beautiful, safe, and clean. Initially the room we received was a downgrade from what we reserved. But the staff - namely Dannery - had it fixed within 24 hours, and even upgraded us to an unimaginably beautiful view of the Caribbean. Problems happen, it’s the response that counts. When traveling to a new and unknown destination, it’s nice to know you’ll be taken care of. And don’t skip breakfast. Fantastic. Then snorkeling right off the beach on the reef. Then a drink at the swim up bar. We’ve had worse weeks….(not sure we’ve had better.)"
