"I booked this stay for my wife and I anniversary. The location was absolutely quiet and peaceful, easy to get to, and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook. "

"This property was absolutely perfect for a secluded weekend getaway in the mountains. Grayson had absolutely anything you could think of available for his guests. There was an abundance of towels for the bathrooms and hot tub as well as all the kitchen supplies you would possibly need. Everything was labeled and easily accessible. The beds, pillows and couch were extremely comfortable. The TV was wonderful, the soundbar was a nice touch and we really enjoyed the heated floors. The house felt very homey and cozy—we didn’t want to leave. There was also a beautiful park next door that our 2 year old absolutely loved. The hot tub was toasty and very enjoyable. We had a blast and would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing home in the mountains. Woodland park was only about 20 mins away which has a Safeway and a Walmart. Manitou Springs was only about a 35 min drive too! The location was perfect and we really hope to visit again soon. Thank you Grayson (& Rio (the sweetest pupper))!!"
