"Clean property. Amenities like game room and movie room were very nice. The cabin is a little run down with holes in the walls in one bathroom and patch jobs everywhere. Could definitely use some paint in those places. Needs more lamps in living room, master bed and better lighting in kitchen. The place is very dark. No trash bags were provided, we ended up getting some from friends who stayed in RV. Needs extra blankets also. "

"We fell in love with the property the moment we arrived. Surrounded by rolling hills and grazing cows, the setting was peaceful and picturesque. We enjoyed sunrises, sunsets, stargazing, relaxing in the hot tub, and cozy evenings by the outdoor fireplace. After busy days at the Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, and the Ark Encounter, it was the perfect retreat to come home to. A wonderful family gathering spot—thank you for the memories!"

"My friend and I were pleasantly impressed with this cute “granny’s house” which is still owned by family of Granny King. It is believed to be over 100 years old and the flooring and baseboard are reminiscent of that time period.The rooms are generously sized, the bathrooms are modernized and we were very comfortable. "This property was perfect for me and my family of 6! With four children it is hard to find properties that can accommodate that not just with beds but also space / activities on the property to help keep them busy once we are in the house. It was quiet and cozy. Loved our stay. "

The house is large, and remodeled nicely!Plenty of room and seating areas for our whole family.Some things that would've been *nicer*- bath towels were hard, scratchy, and not the cleanest feeling-onky glassware, no plastic for the kids-no kitchen scissors, which, if you don't have scissors, you discover how often you need them-hot tub had some sandy dirt from the area around it, putting down something to cover the dirt would be helpful to keep the hottub...
