"Nice property in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short drive to Safeway and other convenience stores. The apartment was clean, very comfortable beds, nice en-suite bathroom fir the master-bedroom. There were a few things not available but the communication with agent was good. The pool seemed closed ( January month) or anyway we didn’t see nor asked for instructions on accessing the pool. We’ll go there again. "

Once it got cooled down nice and quiet. , upstairs neighbors were kind, loud, running back-and-forth close restaurants very affordable. "This is a very cozy efficiency apartment with a private entrance and is attached to the host's home in a quiet out of town ranchette subdivision. There is also a private patio with a hot tub that is perfect for gazing at the stars under the Sonoran Desert sky. "This is a unique property that is clean and well designed. I enjoyed sitting on the patio(s) for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. "We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and close to our daughters home which was a plus. The only downside was no satellite or cable tv. The owners expect you to use your own apps ( we had none as we use satellite at home). Therefore we had no access to local or National news or any of the sports channels That was our only disappointment. "
