The hotel is set in a lovely garden which gave you an “away from it all” feel. Staff were at the same time discreet and attentive. No gimmicks just good service "

"Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Jean was wonderful serving and making delicious breakfasts. The hotel was lovely and clean but bedroom furniture is a bit dated. We would however stay again. The hotel is in a great position to be able to walk to the lake, town, parks etc. "

"Helpful friendly staff, comfortable room. Very good breakfast included in the price, with sea views from the breakfast room. The shower controls were a little stiff and difficult to operate but quality soft towels compensated. Would have appreciated net curtains to allow light into the room, whilst maintaining privacy. Overall would definitely recommend. "
