"I always stay at No. 10 when I am in Preston. Fantastic central location for easy access to train station, shops, university, bus station etc. Rooms always exceptionally clean. I usually try to stay on a high floor because the only downside of No. 10 are the creeky floors so if someone in a room upstairs comes in late, you can hear them. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed.
