"Great for a quiet stay a bit away from everything, and yet still just a short drive to the rest of the Sunshine Coast also. There is a supermarket and tavern within about a 5 minutes drive, or the resort has a nice restaurant bar. Nice sized apartment, and nicely furnished, but the TV's are quite dated in the age of 50" LCD's for peanuts. I had a great view from my balcony over the golf-course waters. Pool is unbelievable and large! You can order drinks by the pool from your mobile, and they'll be delivered a few minutes later by the friendly staff. Prices aren't "cheap" but neither ridiculously priced compared to elsewhere. Underground parking is good, but will not fit a taller 4WD. For those you can park them out the front. Value was great on my rate for a long weekend away. A great place to stay for a few days or longer!"

"Me and my 5 year old had a comfortable stay at Oaks. We loved the great pool facilities and the location is faultless. Being able to grab a good dinner within an easy walk after hours of swimming was a convenient highlight. I ended up booking activities nearby only a short 10 minute drive away. Room was clean and tidy. We would definitely return. "

"Excellent location in central Mooloolaba , nice and clean with great ocean views from the Seaview side, unfortunately the property is located on a corner near a set of lights at the bottom of a hill so there can be quite a bit of loud traffic noise at times. Also our apartment and others we know about in the building have the shower located in the middle of the Spa Bath which can be quite hard to step over for people with mobility difficulties."

"The pool is gorgeous, beautiful night time lighting and two little waterfalls. The kitchen had everything I might need for a week or two stay. You walk right out from Level One onto the esplanade so it is incredibly close to everything. Great hotel."
