"This was a lovely, peaceful property where we could unwind from our other travels. The little town was completely walkable and welcoming. The market is a "must" for anyone coming to this town. Patrick and Sabine were wonderful hosts. Would love to visit again and will recommend their hotel to others."

"This is a renovated old building with eclectic decorations. The hotel was updated, but it almost felt like a 19th century guest house. The breakfast was delicious, and the courtyard where it was offered was wonderful. You can use it at other times to sit in the open air if you choose. There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes away, making it very easy to maneuver with public transportation. The garage, which we very much appreciated, was a bit of a maneuvering challenge for a medium sized car but...

"What can I say... The location was fabulous, the accommodation was wonderful and most of all Valere was the perfect host - so friendly and helpful! He has paid so much attention to detail which results in his guests having the perfect stay. The only down side was that we only had one night there on our roadtrip but we will definitely be back for a holiday based at Mas Julien! Thank you Valere - Kate and Mick "

"I love little secret hideaways and we found two of them on this trip. Suite 6 is tucked away in the finest of alleys. You will think Google maps has lead you astray but it has not! When you look at the pictures online you would never believe this property could be tucked away in this location. But there is it. It's gorgeous and we should have stayed longer. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). "Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"This hotel has an amazing position. On the square of central Nimes. Window overlooking the beautiful fountain. Close to bus and trains. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors. Rooms are a large size with kitchenette. The bed in our room was a bit tired but still comfortable. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night. Tips for other travelers - there is no toaster...
