"Gorgeous, bijou stone cottage full of charm within walking distance of Uzès. Outside sitting areas in a beautiful garden and shared use of pool with main, larger rental property. We were lucky that no one was renting the larger property during most of our stay but be aware that it's very close to it and no physical division so wouldn't be very private when otbers are there. "We can thoroughly recommend a holiday in this unique and beautifully restored early 18th century windmill with a stunning view over the Pont-du-Gard. It is only a short walk into the friendly and historic village with bars, post office and boulangerie. The owners were most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
