"The amazing views and the exceptional staff is what makes this property so special. They went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible - so warm and welcoming! I would like to especially recognize Queena, Clayton, Shi and Pamela. Also Russell and Lynn for accommodating my dietary restrictions. The only person I think may benefit from some coaching is McCal in the Cedar Room restaurant. He was not very friendly and actually snapped at me during one of my interactions with him. Highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Bermuda!"

"This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. Special shout out to Greg who didn’t give up on connecting our DVD player to their TV so we could celebrate Groundhog day. The included breakfast was delicious and we appreciated their providing non dairy milk when we requested it. Highly recommend this hotel and my wife and I are looking forward to returning for another vacation. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked. "
